That was longtime fan Robert Parker on the 1993 vintage of this silky smooth Montepulciano. “Excellent length … a steal at the price” were his notes on the 2007. Rate the 2008 before him!

Delicious. Slightly oaked, nice balanced tannins. Fair amount of cherry and cocoa on the tongue. Best we've tasted out of this month's red offerings.

More full-bodied and satisfying than many other Montepulcianos I have tried. It was the most popular of the wines we enjoyed over Thanksgiving.
